Sony TC-800B 

The Sony TC-800B was a reel-to-reel recorder manufactured by Sony from 1971 until 1975. It is famous for being the model tape recorder used by the Nixon Administration during the Watergate Scandal. Many Sony TC-800B's (and a Uher 5000) were set up around the White House to record different conversations, and those tapes  proved to the United States that President Nixon had committed crimes.
